Realty Appraisal Researcher Assistant Needed

My name is Ashley Mohr and I am a fellow emanator!
I work from home as a realty appraisal researcher for Integra Realty Resource and am looking for an assistant.

This is a temp job with a possible permanent position. Permanent employment is based on the effectiveness of this position. It is a new position we are adding to the company and are not sure how efficient it will be.

Hours Per Week: 20 hrs starting, possible 40, with flexible days and times

Location: Downtown Franklin (training will be at my home office, but permanent position will allow for significant time working from home).

Job Description:
Cold calling and emailing companies and brokers
Research via internet and real estate databases
Extensive Excel work
Basic data entry
Creating detailed visual reports

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Great phone / communication skills
Independent and self-motivated

I am seeking ministry-minded individuals (School of Supernatural Life grads would be a plus) to provide childcare support for my 11 yr old foster daughter. I live in the Antioch area and my main need at this time is for someone to pick her up from school, bring her home, see that she has dinner and gets to bed by 830pm on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday night of each month so that I may attend my Life Group. She's in an afterschool program, so pickup could be any time between 5-6pm and I typically arrive home by 930pm. But to be honest, I'm hoping to find someone that will reduce their regular rate in order to be a blessing in the life of this child.
