I own my house in East Nashville and am lookin for a female to rent an upstairs room from me (there are 2 upstairs but the other room is just a guest room so you can have the 2nd floor to yourself (that makes it sound much bigger than it is).

$450 a month covers your rent, security system, wi-fi, limited cable (there is already a TV in your room, if you'd like to use it) and netfliix streaming through the blue-ray player. Additional bills to be split evenly include: electricity, water, and gas. You will not need to purchase renter's insurance, as you will be covered by my homeowner's insurance.

No lease, so you aren't stuck. I do have a washer and dryer and like to live with someone responsible (bills, mainly) and clean. I have an 8lb dog (she doesn't really bark, jump, or do much of anything for that matter) and a cat. If you have a small animal, it is welcome. I have an addition on the house (that can close off from the rest of the house) with a doggie door leading to a fenced back yard.

Hey! I live in Brentwood, in The Landings, and will need a female roommate in either January or February. Rent is roughly around $500 a month, maybe a little more once the lease is renewed. Utilities (cable, Internet, gas and electric, are around $150 a month, again sometimes more or less depending on gas and electric usage. You would have the master bedroom, with use of the common areas (already furnished) and of course space will be available in the fridge and kitchen cupboards. Apartments have a microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Hope to hear from you!

I have been sending this around to friends, and more for prayer for anyone who reads this: I really need to make school a full time commitment to finish it, but I can't with all my expenses and working at the same time.

It's really been wearing on me, and I'm hoping I can take time off working for a few months and concentrate on my schooling full time. Prayers for an open door so I can do all of this would be a huge help.
